Rudy G. Andrea has an undergraduate degree in Pre-Law from CCNY '79 and master degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from Iona College '84. Mr. Andrea has held a number of upper management positions with Johnson & Johnson, The Mennen Company and Panasonic. He is currently managing partner for Dragon Fly Investments and President of RacJac Family investment group. He is Co-Founder and current President of The Andrea-Mennen Family Foundation, working very closely with numerous charitable organizations. Mr. Andrea has held several Board positions with charitable organizations. His extensive knowledge of private foundation operations has become the benchmark for helping other organizations to become more efficient and to increase donor base and dollars raised. He is also part of the founding fathers of the Dolphin Research Center in the Florida Keys. Over the last several years he has been very active in the cycling community where he has raised the level of awareness for many to support various causes through the mextroplex. The Collin Classic Cycling Event has become one of the largest event in the Collin County area.

Christina M. Andrea is a graduate cum laude from The University of New Hampshire with Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She became a legal assistant after college in the Boston area for two years for Hill and Barlow and Goodwin Procter and Hoar, specializing in estate planning and conversation law preservation. She went on to become a business manager for a restaurant in the Boston area and also assisted as host. From there she moved to Atlanta, Georgia and to Nashville, Tennessee, where she worked as a sales representative for her family business, The Mennen Company. After two years in the business, she moved on to Dallas, Texas and worked for Neiman Marcus in the sales department.
She retired to marry and raise her family. Once her youngest was of school age, she began an active career as a volunteer at Childrens Medical Center where she discovered her love of philanthropy. She had been at Childrens’ for 20 years before taking a hiatus in 2013 when her youngest left for college. In 2009 she was named as one of The Top Ten Women of Collin County being honored for her outstanding work with Childrens Hospital. Christina was honored to be recognized as a leader in her community for her love of giving back to the community and continues to seek out new philanthropic areas for the Andrea Mennen Family which she is co-founded with her husband, Rudy Andrea.

Chris Andrea is a Principal within Riveron Consulting’s M&A Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, serving both private equity and strategic clients across the country. He has over 12 years of experience providing accounting and transaction advisory services to clients primarily within the manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, healthcare, business services, and industrial services industries. He began his career with Deloitte in 2005, performing financial audits over SEC listed multi-national companies. In 2011, he transferred to Deloitte’s Sydney, Australia office where he oversaw numerous audits of US and Japanese subsidiaries, in addition to serving as part of the Australian firm’s National Office where he developed educational content and facilitated training sessions for Deloitte Partners and Managers in Sydney and Melbourne. In 2013 he returned to the US to join Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services (MATS) national practice, and in 2015 he joined Riveron Consulting in Denver, Colorado.
Chris obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas A&M University in 2003, where he graduated as a Dean’s list student and was awarded for academic excellence. In 2005, he earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he received the Sommerfeld Scholar Award. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA, Texas) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
In his spare time Chris enjoys flying airplanes, traveling with his wife, skiing, and hiking the Rocky Mountains.

Philip Kushner has been a Board Member of The Andrea-Mennen Family Foundation since its inception and has been involved with the Children's Hospital of Boston and Joslin Diabetes Center.
Phil received his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the City College of New York in 1972 and was a teacher in the New York City system before transitioning to the business community. Since 1974, Phil has held a variety of management positions with Fortune 500 Companies and is a Partner in a sales and marketing company.

Allison received her Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising with an emphasis on product development and a minor in Business from the University of North Texas in 2006. She was an active member of the Fashion Merchandising Club for all four years at college. Allison was one of 26 students fortunate enough to study international business and marketing abroad in Hong Kong and China.
Allison McDonald is currently working as an Account Manager for ASD Healthcare, Specialty Division of Amerisource Bergen (a fortune 25 company). She has 7 years’ experience in Plasma and Specialty sales within the Alternate Site market.
Allison has always shown a passion for helping other and working to provide customers with lifesaving pharmaceutical products has proven to be a rewarding career path. Her work has also provided her the opportunity to volunteer and contribute to many respected nonprofit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Frisco Family Services, and Save one Life. Allison also has experienced exploring other cultures and places to help serve better her role as a board member of the Andrea-Mennen Family Foundation.

Joshua Wayne Longworth graduated from the University of North Texas in 2006 with a degree in Kinesiology, which entail studies of mechanics and anatomy in relation to the human body and movement. He continued education and completed Massage Therapy School, and currently is a Licensed Massage Therapist.
He secured a job in the medical field, and works as a Medical Massage Therapist for a Physical Therapy Clinic since 2007 and has his own practice, which he sees his own cliental. He has extensive training in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and other medical massage techniques. He has worked with children and adults, which include sport injures, surgical procedures, or helping with areas of pain.
He has attended/ helped with charity events, including The Boys and Girls Club, The Mennen-Andrea Family Foundation, and City House. He enjoys helping children and participates in programs, giving them encouragement, to help them live out their dreams and accomplish their goals.

Adam Andrea was born in Plano Texas, in 1994. He attended Good Shepherd Episcopal School in Dallas front the 1st through the 4th grade. He started 5th grade in the Plano ISD area and graduated in 2013. During his time at middle school and on into high school, Adam was a very active member of the band, as a clarinet player. His senior year he was made loading chief and was responsible for being certain that all the instruments were loaded onto and of the buses at each game. He also became an active member of Young Men’s Service League, an organization of mothers and sons providing community service for the less fortunate in our area. Adam did a number of volunteer assignments as a Study Buddy, tutoring young children who were from non English speaking families, Habitat for Humanity where he was on several build projects, worked in a senior center where he spend time with the residents playing bingo and socializing. He also went out to DFW and had a wonderful time meeting and greeting our heroes returning home. He is currently going to TCU and will be graduating in May, 2017 in a degree in early education. He will focus on developing more programs directed at early education with other charities involved with The Andrea-Mennen Family Foundation.
His most enjoyed philanthropy to serve was Boys and Girls Club. He enjoys interacting with and mentoring these under served children. He has decided to work towards a major in education with a minor of business administration at The University of Texas in 2014. He also plans to become a more active member of the Andrea Mennen Family Foundation as he goes on.
